This is a low-carb, sugar-free take on a coffee & walnut cake 🍰 Keto-friendly cake inspiration anyone?
I used pecans because they are lower carb than walnuts. (Full disclosure: I also didn’t have walnuts in my pantry at the time!)
This recipe yields one standard cake and the macros are calculated for 12 portions.
If you want to re-create this 3 tier cake, I doubled the cake recipe and split it between three 7 inch cake pans!
