You wanna know what’s ALWAYS in my fridge? Confit garlic. This is like pure gold. I use it in absolutely everything, forever and always. I buy packets of peeled garlic, usually at most supermarkets but if not, try your local Asian supermarket.
This recipe yields 1litre of Confit Garlic Paste and around 250ml of Garlic Oil. The macros are per tablespoon of confit garlic.
