One of the things I miss the most on Keto is fruit! I love fresh fruit and this cake really hits the spot. Low carb at 3.2 Net Carbs per slice (12 pieces per cake).
Let the cake cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack. Allow the cake to completely cool before icing.Â
Dissolve 15G Sweetener in 1TBS of boiling water, plus zest of 1 orange and 1tsp of orange essence and mix into the mascarpone before icing.
DAIRY FREE OPTION:Just swap or leave off the icing!
