Peri Peri is one of my favourites for sure. You can adjust the spice to your liking but this recipe is mild.
This recipe yields 1LTR of marinade. You can store it in the fridge for weeks or freeze it down in smaller sizes. Each serve is 3TBSP which is more than enough to marinate 1 portion of chicken.
