These keto waffles are low carb, light, fluffy, cheesy and golden. You really can’t go wrong with these! They freeze great too for a quick breakfast.
I made 2 waffles, put ham and cheese in the middle and warmed it through in the oven to make a waffle toasted sandwich! There was my breakfast sorted for the day after too. These freeze great also! Perfect for a quick breakfast, chuck it straight in the toaster from frozen.
