Chipotle Pulled Pork

Smokey, juicy & saucy low-carb chipotle pulled pork 🤤

This recipe is great for meal prepping or to stick some in the freezer for a later date. You can use it for burgers, nachos, tacos, with slaw – whatever you like!

The macros are calculated at 8 portions of pork. If you want to make it lower carb, you could use half of the chipotle sauce, but for maximum flavour use the whole tin. Using half the sauce would bring the macros down to:

The Chipotle dry rub I used was the McCormick Grill Mates Seasoning Chipotle & Garlic from the herbs & spices part of the supermarket (Have a look here to see what to look for.)

 

And the Chipotle Sauce I used was the La Morena Mexican Chipotle Sauce. I found this in the international section of my supermarket. (Have a look here to see what to look for.)
