If you’re after a nice keto friendly chocolate without Maltitol or sweeteners that leave an aftertaste, I use the Healtheries no sugar added range. (Check it out here so you know what to look for.) You can find it in most supermarkets in NZ, either in the baking isle or the health foods isle.

DAIRY FREE / VEGAN OPTION:
Just switch the butter in the base for coconut oil and use your favourite dairy-free / vegan chocolate!
