Keto Chia Berry Jam

This Keto Chia Berry Jam recipe is perfect for a low carb jam option! It lasts in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or you can freeze it for later use.

 

This recipe yields around 400ml. The macros are calculated at 2 tablespoons as one portion. It’s perfect for on top of Low Carb Granola or Keto Sweet Scones!

 

For those of you in New Zealand looking for a great sugar free maple syrup, I use the ‘Queen’ brand, which you can get from most supermarkets. They have a standard Maple Flavoured and an Apple & Cinnamon Flavour! They also have a blueberry flavoured one but it’s defiantly not a favourite of mine.
