If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen a bit behind the scenes on this! I had a request to make a keto hokey pokey recipe and I thought it was impossible. I am proud as punch to share this with you all!!
If you’re looking for somewhere to buy allulose and fibre syrup in NZ, you can get them both from Low Carb Haven NZ.
** NOTE: Use plain fibre syrup. Using others like caramel fibre syrup will make it a lot harder to know when the hokey pokey / honeycomb is ready and you risk over or under cooking it.
