These low-carb savoury pinwheels is an adaption of one of the favourite recipes on here – my Keto Cheese Scones! The dough has a little extra liquid to make it easier to roll without cracking too much.Â

Because of the spinach, cream cheese and ham, if you are going to store these it’s best to keep them in the fridge and reheat them before eating. Or you can freeze some of them raw to thaw and cook at a later date!
