Low-Carb Belgium Biscuits

This low-carb recipe for Belgium Biscuits is sure to impress! These are firm and lightly spiced cookies, sandwiched with sugar-free jam and smothered in icing!

 

You can buy sugar-free jams (sometimes called diabetic’s jam), or you can make a really quick and easy one yourself here.

 
This was yet another amazing recipe request! For the glorious icing, you can switch the allulose for another powdered sweetener that dissolves easy.
